Affordable Therapy
- We offer flexible fee structure based on an individual's financial circumstances. For sliding scale, we typically consider factors such as income, employment status, or other financial considerations to determine a reduced fee for clients who need services. These spots are limited - please inquire - we'd be happy to discuss this with you.
Payment
- Payment should be made before or after your session via e-transfer or credit card. Rena Psychotherapy will provide you with a receipt upon payment.
Insurance
Many extended benefit insurance plans include coverage for our services. It's advised to check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your benefits plan covers Registered Psychotherapists. We do not directly bill insurance; however, we furnish you with an electronic receipt after each session for reimbursement purposes. This receipt includes the therapist's name, professional designation, and license number, as required by insurance companies.
Cancellation and Late Policy
We recognize the unpredictability of life's demands. To cancel or reschedule, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session. For greater flexibility, we encourage a 48-hour notice whenever possible, enabling others to utilize the time slot. Sessions missed, forgotten, or canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full charge.
Please be aware that therapists will wait for up to 25 minutes, and after that point, they may conclude the session. In the event of late arrival, the remaining time on the booked session will be provided.
